Order Information

Q How do I place an order?A To place an order via the website, locate the product you want to purchase, either by browsing one of the categories or through the site map and then click on "Add to Cart", specify the quantity you want to order and any special options (for example, gift wrapping). That product will then be added to your shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping or check out.

When you are ready to submit your order, click on the "Check-Out" button. As part of the check-out process, you will be prompted to sign in or create a new account and provide your billing address, shipping address, and payment information. While in "Check Out" you will be able to edit the quantity ordered, or delete any items.

Q Can I cancel an order?A You may cancel an order before it has been processed for shipping. Orders are processed for shipping several times a day Monday through Friday. Contact Customer Service at: customerservice@ChristianSilks.com or call 1-760-943-7455.

Q How can I obtain a receipt of my order?A You will automatically be e-mailed a receipt of your order after you have submitted it. Or contact Customer Service at: customerservice@ChristianSilks.com.

Q How will I know when my order has been shipped?A We will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Q How will I be notified of questions about my order?A If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you via e-mail. If we do not receive a response via e-mail, we may attempt to call you at the phone number you provided during check-out.

Q How can I be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available?A An e-mail will be sent to you when that product becomes available. Your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose.

Q How can I pay for my purchase?A We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. In addition, you can use credit coupons to pay for your order.

Q For which states is sales tax charged?A We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to a California address.


Gift Ordering

Q Can I order a gift for someone?A Absolutely. During the check-out process, you can have the gift shipped to another person simply by providing the recipientās name and address in the shipping information section.

Q Do you offer gift wrapping?A We offer gift wrapping, which includes a gift card, on certain products for a fee of $8.00 per item. Products that are available to be gift-wrapped will have a "Gift Wrap" menu on the order page.

Q How does the recipient return a gift?A To return a gift, the recipient only needs a gift receipt, which is included with the order. If the recipient misplaces the gift receipt, she will need to obtain a copy of the order receipt from the person who placed the order.


Shipping

Q How much does shipping cost?A Shipping costs are based on order amount.


Q How quickly will I receive my order?A Orders, where standard delivery is selected, usually ship within two business days of having been placed. Orders placed by 11:50 a.m. CST Monday through Friday where Next-Day delivery or Two-Day delivery is selected will be shipped the same day as the order is placed. Please note that Next-Day and Two-Day orders are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Therefore, a Next-Day order placed on Friday before 11:50 a.m. CST will be delivered on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

Q Do you offer expedited delivery (e.g. Next-Day)?A Yes, we offer Next-Day and Two-Day delivery through FedEx or USPS.

Q Can I ship an order to another person?A Absolutely. Just provide the recipient's name and address when prompted for the shipping information during the check-out process.

Q Can I ship to an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address?A Yes, we ship via the USPS (United States Postal Service).

Q Can I ship to a P.O. Box?A Yes, we generally ship via the USPS.

Q Can I ship to any place outside of the United States?A At this time, we only offer delivery within the Unites States.

Q Can I ship to multiple addresses?A At this time, you can only ship to a single address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Returns

Q What is your return policy?A Your order will be accepted for return or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns may be sent back to Christian Silks for a full refund or merchandise exchange.

If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, you may return it to Christian Silks only for a merchandise exchange for the full value of the original product, unless you have the receipt.

• Package items in their original shipping box and packing materials.
• Affix the label provided to your return package.
• For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for their full value and use a traceable carrier (such as FedEx or UPS).

Q How do I return a gift?A A gift receipt is provided with all gift purchases. If you have the gift receipt or packing slip, please complete the return form and include that with your return.

Q How do I exchange an item?A If an item is defective or damaged and you want an exact replacement, please include a note indicating that you would like to receive a replacement in exchange. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a credit and order the new item through our website.

Q How will I be reimbursed for my return?A When we receive your return, the credit card on which the order was placed will be credited or you can choose to receive a credit that you can use to purchase items from Christian Silks

Q How quickly will my account be credited for a return?A Your account will be credited within 10 business days of us receiving your return. However, please keep in mind that it may take more than one billing cycle for it to appear on your credit card statement.
